submitted by Haley L. - |Recommended: YesGreat community and very well kept apartments — It's great I feel safe at night taking my puppy out and there have been no problems with any neighbors. The gym is fantastic and I love the pet cleanup stations all around the apartment complex. The apartment units themselves are very spacious and are up to date.

submitted by Brittny C. - |Recommended: YesDowntown living without the commotion — It has great amenities, and extremely pet friendly. It is still close to downtown midtown nightlife but without all the late night commotion. Parking is always available, and I feel safe walking my dog late at night.

The grounds are all being renovated, so while they lack charm currently, I am sure they will look amazing in the next couple of months. We are pleased with Founders. The staff is amazing. We would recommend this apartment to a friend or family member.

Glad we have covered parking and our apartment was pretty clean when we first moved in. Still did some deep cleaning. All appliances are newer and in good condition. Good space utilization and layout. Recycling and garbage right outside building which is convenient. Leasing office staff are very helpful and kind. Overall, it definitely seems like a very safe, clean, and friendly place to live. Excited to check out the Athletic Club and pool.

There are shops on the bottom level including a juice coffee bar, European inspired market, and a place that sells local wine. Between that, off street parking and the gym membership being included it's hard to beat. I looked at a few other places and have lived in two different loft buildings in KC. I must say the amenities and options at Union Hill are choice. Definitely worth consideration.

submitted by Jamie C. - |Recommended: YesQuiet area with a nice city experience — I really enjoy the location of the apartment and there isn't much traffic off oak street so it's a nice atmosphere with downtown nearby and little shops cafes as well. The staff has been helpful so far and the maintenance was quick to come in and fix any issues that were found during move in. The upstairs neighbors foot steps can definitely be heard easily but still overall a quiet complex and I've enjoyed my first week living here.

Parking spots are tight in the garage. But other than that everything is great. The best part about these apartments is the location. Also, love the athletic club.
